I didn’t need to, but I read elsewhere thatsome users did see a difference until they did this. Import a logo or create a new one in a program such as Adobe Illustrator. Adobe Reader states that file has been corrupted and cannot be repaired.

Now when you choose the stamp,it should appear smaller (or larger) automatically, thereby reducing the amountof time you would have to resize for all those PDF documents you work with. I have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, Windows 7 I realize this question is from a long time ago, but I currently have the same issue and after much reading and combining techniques, I found a solution with my version of Acrobat that might apply to others (without having to pay for some tool).
